I didn't realise I only put a one star rating a while ago when I was meant to put five. This real estate was very good to me and helped me when I needed help. They are very professional and will recommend them to everyone I know☺️

    2. And communication you have with a realestate should be done through email so there is a record of the conversation

    2. A invoice to a handyman to fix a door from 6 months (maintenance issue not a Tennent)

Ok so I started renting a property about a year ago with this company what I have learnt

So I won't go in to too much detail but I guess I didn't fill out my entry report properly as I have rented other property's and had no issues moving in or out of them always getting my bond back ect. So I guess I thought this would be no different I took mental notes of certain things around the house like the overgrown gardens around the property and the pool cleaning equipment was either not there or broken due to being old and brittle so 10 days after I moved in I emailed them asking for someone to be sent out to inspect and repair so I could keep pool in check. Pool guy came and fixed only one item of the equipment witch I thought at least I can start cleaning the pool obviously the land lord only wants to fix the bare minimum witch didn't bother me.

Melissa Wright and the team are amazing, they deliver on every promise, and get the job done promptly. They provide superior service to both customer and client, are trustworthy and keep your interests at heart. No hidden fees, everything is very open and transparent. They are always happy to assist 24/7. Would recommend them above the rest!!

    1. You should be very picky with your entry report I would advise images of everything and anything the more the better and make sure there done with a date stamping camera.

We have found ourselves in an interesting real estate situation. Very early days and lots of problems along the way. I contacted Melissa last week and she has been my angel! Always there - seems like 24 hours a day some days! She's been there with great advice, encouragement and is a great mediator between all the different parties we are dealing with! A great girl with a great passion. I'm expecting great things along the rest of our journey together! Thanks! :)

Great Service!!!!! I have had a number of dealings with Marie and Sean from Griffin National Burpengary and each time they have provided a great service. A few years ago I was searching for a property of a certain type. They did not harass me with other types of properties, they just dealt with my needs. The property I chose suited me and the associated paper work seemed so easy as they helped me along all the way. The price was right for all parties and provided a great outcome. A few years later they sold the property for me. I had a pool which required extra work to ensure council compliance. Not that they provide this service but they went out of their way to come around and actually get on the end of a screw driver and drill to help me out. The property was sold in a flash for a price that I was more than impressed with and again with no fuss. During this time, I was going through a divorce and personal issues where both Marie and Sean were there for me (even after the sale). They demonstrated compassion at a time I needed it and where they did not need to show it. They are true caring people that I believe will always put their customers 1st. I have bought and sold many properties and have never come across an agency that is as passionate about what they do and their customers as Marie and Sean. After I sold my property I recommended them to a friend and they demonstrated the same care with them as they did with me. I cannot recommend them enough. Well done Griffin National, Burpengary.

Where it gets interesting is when I went to move out of the property they tried to claim my full bond for a few items

At court all the claims for the money's they were trying to recover and there lack of evidence and lies got them no justice in the court room I was awarded my bond back other than the items I agreed were fair at top of this post I don't ever review but I believe I need to let others know if you feel like they are trying to have it over you and you have done the right thing challenge them all the way to court .

So they are claiming my full bond amount of $2280 for all these items I called and tried to speak to someone witch led to a argument on the phone so next step was for me to notify RTA that I was disputing the claim over my bond witch then leads to a mediation 3 way phone call with the RTA myself and griffin representative the point of the phone call is to try resolve the matter the realestate had no intention of hearing my side of the story so as you can imagine we did not reach a agreement I then only have a very short time period to take matters further at this point I felt as tho they were trying to strong arm me I had 2 options, first was to forfeit my bond and roll over let them win or second was to apply for a QCAT decision (other words go to court let the judge decide my fate) now at this point it was more about principal then it was for getting my bond back,
