  Myself and a frail aged man with an oxygen tank and a walking frame were greeted by an offline ATM at the branch minutes before closing. By the time I discovered the ATM being offline the time was 4:02pm. So I proceeded to walk the 2 metres to the bank doors and the doors opened and some people came out and someone who looked to be the manager was happily saying goodbye to them as he refused the disabled man and myself access to the branch. Absolutely pathetic customer service. And to think, I just started with this bank a few months ago and I am already about to close my accounts.

  UNPROFESSIONAL!! VERY UNHAPPY! we made an appointment the day before to talk to a lender about a home loan. was there on time and was told to sit and wait, he wont be long. saw the man walk out of one of the offices and leave the bank, then was told he had another appointment at another branch. So we were taken into the office by a lady and she said she found out that morning that he had double booked and she was not happy about it..but she didnt bother to ring and tell us! we paid to have our three kids in school care to have that meeting, only to leave with nothing we already knew. thanks alot commenwealth bank, you lost a customer, someone who has been with you for nearly ten years.

  Do not invest in the adani carmichael mine. My family is pulling out our money from commonwealth bank. We will put it back when commonwelth bank announces they will not invest in adani.
